VALCO-M Cream is a powerful, triple-combination dermatological formula developed for the
short-term, intermittent treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma, dark patches, and
uneven skin tone.
This prescription-strength formulation works by reducing excess pigmentation, improving skin
cell turnover, and calming inflammation—when used correctly under medical guidance.

Composition
● Hydroquinone USP — 2.0% w/w
● Tretinoin USP — 0.025% w/w
● Mometasone Furoate IP — 0.1% w/w
● Cream Base — q.s.
Preservatives
● Methylparaben IP — 0.2% w/w
● Propylparaben — 0.02% w/w

Indications
VALCO-M Cream is indicated for:
● Moderate to severe facial melasma
● Dark patches and hyperpigmentation
● Uneven skin tone
✔ Intended for short-term, intermittent use only
✔ Must be used along with sun avoidance and sunscreen

Contraindications
● Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
● Not recommended for prolonged or unsupervised use

Dosage & Administration
● Apply once daily at night only
● Apply at least 30 minutes before bedtime
● Cleanse face and neck with a mild cleanser, rinse and dry thoroughly
● Apply a thin film to the melasma-affected areas
● Gently rub into the lesion and 1⁄2 inch of surrounding normal skin
● Do not use occlusive dressings

Daytime Instructions
● Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (minimum SPF 30) daily
● Wear protective clothing
● Avoid excessive sun exposure
● Moisturizer may be used if needed

Warnings
● Contains Sodium Metabisulfite, which may cause allergic-type reactions or severe
asthmatic episodes in susceptible individuals
● Discontinue use and consult a physician if excessive irritation, redness, or discomfort
occurs
● For external use only
